These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) govern your use of the Alsona platform and website, operated by Alsona LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Alsona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using any part of the Alsona platform or services (the “Service” or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
Important Note: Alsona is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation, Gmail, or any other integrated third-party platform. You are solely responsible for complying with those platforms’ own terms and policies when using them via Alsona.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Alsona, you confirm that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
To access the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Alsona integrates with third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn, Gmail, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier). These services may require separate subscriptions not included in Alsona's pricing.
Use of these integrations is at your own risk. Alsona assumes no liability for account restrictions, suspensions, or terminations you may incur through external platforms.
The Platform may use artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with outreach, personalization, and automation. You acknowledge:
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Such notice may be sent by email or posted on our website. Continued use of the Platform after pricing changes indicates your acceptance.
Alsona retains all rights to its technology, platform, branding, and content. You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but grant Alsona a license to use it solely to deliver the Service.
You may not copy, sell, distribute, or reuse any part of the Service without written consent.

The use of Alsona for unlawful spam or unsolicited mass outreach is strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating this policy may be terminated without notice.
Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total fees paid by you over the past 12 months.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Alsona harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, under rules mutually agreed by the parties. Each party will bear its own costs. You waive the right to a jury trial.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
